• Minimum age: 25 years old

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required

• License must be in good standing

• All drivers must be approved in writing before pickup

• All Taxes and Fees will be applied during your checkout. The rates do not include insurance coverage as we do not sell or offer any insurance coverage. Taxes may apply to additional options/charges.

• Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage auto insurance that will extend over to the rental vehicle. An insurance declaration page in PDF format must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts. Please email your declarations page to crowcarrentals@gmail.com for verification. (Minimum Coverage amounts will vary depending on the vehicle. Please call if you need more information about insurance requirements.)

• We do not rent to international clients at the moment.

• Valid credit or debit card required

• Security deposit or authorization hold may be required

• Full payment is due before vehicle release

• Most information is collected during the booking process, making pickup quick and convenient.

  Before driving away, we recommend taking a few photos of the vehicle's exterior and interior for your records and reviewing the vehicle's condition.

  If you notice any damage or concerns, please contact us before leaving the pickup location.

  Once you're comfortable with the vehicle, you're ready to hit the road.

Crow Car Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any renter who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Has a suspended or restricted license

• Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol

• Refuses to comply with company policies.

Vehicle pickup and return are available throughout our Aspen-to-Vail service area.

Typically, vehicles are picked up and returned at the same location. If you need a different return location, please enter location while booking online. Additional fees may apply.

Need delivery? We may be able to bring the vehicle directly to your location within our service area for an additional fee.

Please note: We do not offer pickup or delivery in Denver or other Front Range locations.
