Rental Requirements
To rent with Crow Car Rentals, all drivers must meet the following requirements prior to vehicle release.
Driver Eligibility
Minimum age: 25 years old
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
License must be in good standing
All drivers must be approved in writing before pickup
Insurance
Proof of personal auto insurance covering rentals is required. . An insurance declaration page in PDF format must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts
Renters must provide valid personal auto insurance with minimum liability coverage of $100,000 Injury Per Person / $300,000 Injury Per Accident / $100,000 Property Damage.
Collision and comprehensive coverage are required to protect the vehicle during your rental. Deductible $2,500 or less.
Crow Car Rentals does not provide primary insurance coverage

Completed rental agreement & acknowledgment of terms
Pickup Requirements
All drivers must be present at pickup
Driver’s license will be verified
Vehicle condition walkthrough required
Prohibited Drivers
Crow Car Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any renter who:
Provides false or misleading information
Has a suspended or restricted license
Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol
Refuses to comply with company policies.
