Rental Requirements

To rent with Crow Car Rentals, all drivers must meet the following requirements prior to vehicle release.

Driver Eligibility

• Minimum age: 25 years old

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required

• License must be in good standing

• All drivers must be approved in writing before pickup

Insurance

• Proof of personal auto insurance covering rentals is required

• Insurance must include liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage

• Crow Car Rentals does not provide primary insurance coverage

Payment & Deposit

• Valid credit or debit card required

• Security deposit or authorization hold may be required

• Full payment is due before vehicle release

Documentation

• Government-issued photo Driver’s License

• Completed rental agreement & acknowledgment of terms

Pickup Requirements

• All drivers must be present at pickup

• Driver’s license will be verified

• Vehicle condition walkthrough required

Prohibited Drivers

Crow Car Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any renter who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Has a suspended or restricted license

• Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol

• Refuses to comply with company policies.
